  • Dr. David May is one of the nicest, most knowledgeable and caring veterinarians you'll ever meet. He and his staff treat me and my furbabies like family. We have been going to AMH for years and have used them for everything from check ups and vaccinations to illness and even helping pets pass over the "rainbow bridge." There's no one I trust more with my animals. A big thank you for all that you do, David, Misti, Katie, and the rest of the team.

  • I want to shout to the mountains that Dr David May is one of the best vets there is. I have just recently moved to Starkville and I am trying to figure out I can still have Dr May as my vet! My dogs love him and get excited to go in!!! He always has had the best bedside manner with the animals. ❤️ 💙 thanks you Dr May for being my babies vet all these years!!!

  • Anyone who knows me knows that I put my furbaby first. We have used Dr. May going on three years now, and I have zero complaints. I am very, very particular and so is Gracie. Dr. May and his staff demonstrate exceptional customer service from appointment reminders to regular appointments. Dr. May is so personable and sincerely does care. I cannot recommend Animal Medical Hospital enough! Thanks for all you do!

  • Dr May and his staff are amazing! My dog, Pugslee, was attacked and didnt think he was going to make it. Dr May and his team rushed him back and immediately started working on him. Pugslee is recovering beautifully. You really can see how much they truly care for your pet, he even called us the next morning checking on him. We are forever grateful and will not go anywhere else for our vet needs.

  • Out of my 20 years of being dog owner and having to euthanize 3 dogs during that time. I’ve never encountered a more compassionate and genuine Doctor! DR. May made my loss so much easier.   • A HUGE thank you to both Doctors and the staff! We recently had a horrific sock accident and took our dog Mia there because it was the closest vet to us. They will now be our forever vet. The staff and the doctors were so nice, and extremely informative with our sweet Mia’s surgery. It’s not often you get both friendly staff and doctors, I would highly recommend AMH to anyone looking for a Vet!
